I read your story this morning in the Miami Herald Sports section; you are a real trooper pal. Its funny how you immediatley told your buddies after the diagnosis that you wanted to to a golf trip; I’ve had that very thought if I ever was in your situation. I wake up every morning and thank God that I have excellent health, family and friends….probabaly the way you did before the news. It seems you have many people in your life (especially your wife) that care for you; know that many more people pray for your health to return. When it does, please be my guest at Oakland Hills (MI) and Fort Laduerdale Country Clubs for a round of golf. I’m mailing a donation to you today, and please, I don’t care it you use it to buy your wife a nice steak or anything else you want.

I do hope you are able to pass on messages to those you write about. It’s wonderful what Mr White has been able to achieve despite his illness. However does it not enter his head that the beautiful creatures of the sea might have the same appreciation for life as he does. Why does taking theirs away give him such a thrill? He has many alternative ways to inspire people.
Do you have an email address? My mom isn’t looking at this disease in any positive way…. I’ve been looking for support and just found this site. I would love it if you could email a very frustrated daughter so I can do more for my mom… mentally as well as physical help. Or maybe you can guide me to other people as the internet is very overwhelming for me. God bless you and yours for being so strong and brave… I look forward to your reply. Godspeed.

Congratulation for having a new communication device, IntindiX!. My sister, an ALS patient for last 7 years now, needs some same type of communication device. Is it good for you?” We were trying to check Dynavox products but yours one look good. How it works? Can you upload some video using this system? From where did you get it? Is it covered by Medicaid?
